On the Monday following the installation (which will be completed on a Sunday), Botwin will conduct user training classes. Botwin will set up 10 phones in a conference room, and train 10 people at a time. The end-user classes will include voicemail set-up, transferring calls, paging, conference calling, call forwarding to mobile units (find me, follow me), and answer questions. An end-user "cheat sheet" will also be provided. Jeanna will receive one-on-one training for telephone management purposes.
