SUMMARY OF NEEDS FOR MULTIUNIT RESTAURANT
I. Design and implement plan for which makes all Company locations compliant and :
► Identifies replacement for the Panasonic telephone system for the
upcoming sites.
II. Define implementation process for new sites that:
► Works in conjunction with the POS consultant
► Minimizes labor hours for new site implementation.
III. Design and implement standardize communications infrastructure that:
► Allows for maximum remote troubleshooting and minimizes onsite service calls.
► Is "future-ready" – a system that is easily configurable and upgradeable for future improvements such as replacement of current telephony system and WiFi.
► Enables a single point of contact for management of all facets of the communications infrastructure including new site preparation and existing site upgrades and troubleshooting for network and telephony.
IV. Retrofit the existing sites to match new standards. This includes a defined rollout plan that also anticipates the forthcoming telephone system.
V. Define remote site troubleshooting protocols and standards.
